Amy Daleo counsels and represents clients in a wide variety of commercial and real estate disputes. Her experience includes mortgage foreclosures (residential and commercial), title insurance defense and coverage litigation, enforcement of promissory notes and guaranties, adversary proceedings and contested matters in the bankruptcy courts, collection actions, forcible entry and detainer, construction and mechanic's lien litigation, and enforcement of contracts. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Daleo was an associate at a commercial litigation boutique firm in Chicago.

Notable Cases
FirstMerit Bank, NA v. McEnery, 2022 IL App (3d) 210306. Ms. Daleo successfully argued on behalf of the judgement creditor, in a matter of first impression, that third-party purchasers of personal property were not bona fide purchasers under the Illinois statute governing citation proceedings because such purchasers had constructive notice of the creditor's citation.
