Cohon Raizes & Regal LLP is an outgrowth of a law practice founded in 1928 by Jack A. Cohon, deceased. From its start, the aim of the firm has been to serve the business needs of our clients. As a result, the firm is engaged in the general practice of law with extensive experience in most areas, particularly in litigation and corporate matters. The firm is well versed in business and real estate transactions, as well as estate planning.
